We want you to love your Backstreet Boys merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
